The story behind TerraForge4x4
Built from real experience
TerraForge4x4 started with a personal project: transforming a Porsche Cayenne into a capable and reliable overland vehicle.
While researching lift kits, suspension geometry and off-road components, we discovered that finding the right parts and clear technical information in Europe was often more difficult than it should be. Product compatibility was not always clearly explained, shipping costs could be high, and useful installation information was scattered across different websites and communities.
That experience became the foundation of TerraForge4x4.

Lifting a vehicle also affects suspension geometry, driveshaft angles, wheel alignment and tyre clearance. We combine carefully selected parts with clear information, technical guides and experience from real builds.
Our starting point
Focused on the PL71 platform
Our journey began with the Volkswagen Group PL71 platform. These vehicles provide an excellent foundation for off-road and overland projects.
TerraForge4x4 is developing a growing range of lift kits, suspension components, protection equipment, lighting and practical accessories for these vehicles and other capable 4×4 platforms.

We work with specialist manufacturers and suppliers to offer products selected for fitment, strength and practical usability. When additional modifications may be required, we aim to explain them clearly instead of simply promising a universal fit.
