2. Scope and product information
These terms apply to purchases by consumers: individuals acting outside their business or profession. Any separate written agreement with us applies alongside these terms. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
Check the product description for the included parts, quantities, dimensions, vehicle models and suspension type. A vehicle shown in a photograph may have other accessories that are not included. Illustrative build photographs do not replace the description of the goods sold. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is unclear. We remain responsible for the accuracy of our product information and any suitability we expressly confirm.
3. Ordering and payment
You can review your products, quantities, delivery details and total before submitting your order. Placing an order creates a payment obligation. We confirm receipt electronically. The contract is concluded when we accept the order in a confirmation email. An obvious error that you reasonably should have recognised does not require us to supply at that erroneous price; we will contact you instead of changing an order without your agreement.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Options may include cards, iDEAL/Wero, Klarna and bank transfer. Provider eligibility checks may apply. A provider’s payment conditions do not remove your rights against TerraForge4x4. Do not send card details by email.

4. Prices and delivery
Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Delivery charges and any other payable costs must be disclosed before the order is submitted. Orders requiring a freight quote will be confirmed with the customer before a chargeable order is agreed.
Standard parcel delivery within the European Union, including the Netherlands, costs €22 for merchandise totals below €250; €34 from €250 to below €1,000; and is free from €1,000. Shipping charges include applicable VAT. Thresholds use the merchandise total including VAT after discounts, excluding shipping. Large or heavy items, including complete lift kits, bull bars and roof racks, require a separate transport quote and are excluded from these standard parcel rates and free parcel delivery. Shipping to the United Kingdom and other destinations is available on request. For orders requiring a transport quote, contact info@terraforge4x4.com before ordering so that the transport cost can be agreed in advance.
For MBD products ordered from our supplier, the expected total delivery time is approximately 4–5 weeks from order confirmation, unless a different estimate is stated and agreed before purchase. This estimate includes production, transport to TerraForge4x4, our inspection and onward delivery to you. LED lighting has a delivery time on request, which we confirm before you order. Product-specific availability and delivery estimates must be shown before purchase. Supplier or made-to-order lead times are agreed separately where relevant. If no different delivery period has been agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days. If delivery is late, your statutory rights include giving an appropriate additional deadline and ending the contract if delivery still does not occur; in circumstances provided by law, no additional deadline is necessary.
We are responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier you independently appoint. Please report damage or missing items promptly so we can help; failure to report immediately does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
We deliver to all European Union member countries and throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Shipping costs and any product-specific delivery restrictions are communicated before purchase. 5. Changing your mind
You may withdraw from a qualifying online consumer purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receipt. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period starts after the last part is received. Notify us by email or another clear statement within that period; the form below is optional. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Handle goods only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond this, where the legal conditions are met. Keep packaging where possible; missing original packaging does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
Genuinely personalised goods made to your specifications can be exempt where the law permits. A standard item ordered from a supplier is not automatically personalised.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods when you exercise your right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind. We disclose this before purchase. [BEFORE PUBLICATION: add an advance estimate of return costs for goods that cannot normally be returned by post.]
6. Refunds after withdrawal
After withdrawal, we repay amounts due, including the standard outbound delivery charge when the entire order is returned, within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless we offered to collect them. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refunded. Repayment uses the original method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
7. Faulty goods and legal guarantee
The goods must match the contract and meet the standards you can reasonably expect. Contact TerraForge4x4 directly if an item is defective, incomplete or not as described. We remain your point of contact even when another manufacturer made the product.
You retain all statutory rights to a free remedy, including repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or termination and refund. A manufacturer’s additional warranty cannot limit those rights. These terms impose no blanket two-year limit where applicable law protects you for longer.
If goods are damaged, contact us with a description and, where possible, photographs. We assess the cause and circumstances, including whether the damage occurred during delivery or arose from a defect, installation, use or wear. We explain the outcome and any proposed costs before agreeing on the next steps. It does not automatically invalidate an unrelated claim. A valid defect claim is handled without necessary remedy or return costs being charged to you.
8. Installation and vehicle use
Parts such as lift kits, suspension components, protection equipment and lighting may require specialist installation, alignment, calibration or additional compatible components. Follow the product-specific instructions and use a competent installer where needed. Stop using the vehicle if you suspect an unsafe condition.
Compatibility does not by itself establish approval for use on public roads. Check the product’s stated approvals and intended use, and any inspection, registration or insurance requirements for your vehicle and country before installation. Ask us if this information is unclear. We will not describe an item as road-approved without a basis for doing so.
These provisions do not exclude our responsibility for defective goods, incorrect instructions or incorrect advice. Liability is determined by applicable law; mandatory liability and consumer remedies are not excluded.
9. Complaints and disputes
Email info@terraforge4x4.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help if relevant. Keep unsafe or defective goods out of use while we assess the issue. [CONFIRM a practical complaint-response target before publication.]
Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Statutory rules determine which courts have jurisdiction. These terms do not require a consumer to bring every dispute exclusively before a Dutch court.
10. Versions and personal data
The version provided when your contract is concluded applies to that contract. Later changes do not retrospectively remove agreed rights. Information about personal-data processing belongs in our separate privacy policy.
